Drawing and Compositional Experimentation - 2022
Designed as a university project to explore how to create and represent materials and build forms, the following images are a compilation of sketches, digital modelling and various media. Although I am reasonably comfortable with pencil and pen as drawing media, I enjoyed exploring different types of mark making. The digital modelling in 3D was a totally new experience that challenged the way I looked at intersecting shapes. Creating something that functioned as a built space from the initial exploration allowed me to consider unusual shapes for future building ideas.
